Almond Butter Kale Smoothie
A high protein, high fiber, filling start to the day.

- 3/4 c kale packed
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 T almond butter
- 1/2 scoop protein powder of your choice
Place kale and half of the milk into blender container first and process until the kale is getting pureed. Add the remaining milk and continue processing.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into a cup and serve with a straw!
It's still a good idea to brush your teeth (or at least swish with a rinse) after drinking this smoothie that can leave behind bits of green evidence of your vegetable consumption!
