Preheat oven to 300° (just for toasting the pecans - skip this step if you don't want pecans)
Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and butter or spray the paper.
Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 5-10 minutes in the oven, checking every few minutes and turning if needed. Chop pecans.
In microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, coffee, cinnamon, and salt. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and pecans. Spread into prepared pan.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
