Pumpkin Dip
Spiced, smooth, a little bit of extra on the Fall or Christmas table for dipping fruit or cookies.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground cloves
Beat cream cheese, add sugar and combine, then add pumpkin and spices and continue beating until fully incorporated. Keep refrigerated.
Serve with: Crinkly Gingersnaps, apples, bananas, shortbread, pizza crust...and tell me your favorite way to spread it, dip into it, and enjoy it!
