I received this via an e-mail recipe chain many years ago from a girl named Janelle who lives in Kansas. Thanks to our mutual friend Rae for hooking us up, because this “dump and heat” recipe is one that has saved supper a few times for me!

Combine in crock pot or large sauce pan:

(do not drain vegetables)
3/4 lb cooked, drained hamburger
1 can corn
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 T chili powder
1 t salt

30 minutes before serving (or 10 minutes if going the stove-top method), add 8 oz processed cheese (Velveeta or American slices).
