This light-and-airy white bread with a hint of orange would be delicious with a drizzle of glaze made from powdered sugar, butter, orange juice, and a touch of vanilla extract. I think I’ll try that next time instead of buttering it!

2 1/4 c bread flour
1 t sugar
1 T dry milk
1 t salt
1 T butter
1 T orange zest
7/16 c (3 1/2 oz) orange juice
1/2 c (4 oz) H2O
1 t yeast

Place all in bread machine and process as usual.
