This Dill Dip recipe came from a neighbor during my growing-up years. It’s such a delicious vegetable dip, it trumps Ranch in our household!
Fresh, creamy, dilly…so good! It’s the best vegetable dip, and we have also used it as a sandwich spread. The recipe is a guideline, because I have made various alterations through the years. A little more dill, the addition of garlic powder, salt when I don’t have seasoned salt on hand — you can do what you like. Double it for a bigger family, quadruple it for a party!
Swap out the sour cream for yogurt for a healthier dill dip
The primary change I make all the time is substituting plain yogurt for the sour cream. One thing that can’t be changed: the dill. It’s gotta have dill, or it just isn’t dill dip, am I right?
