These “babies” are so yummy! Baby Burger Pockets are a great football snack, party offering, or comfort food for just lounging around with the family. Bite size and not messy at all, they’re good for little fingers, too.
1 pound ground beef
1/2 can bean sprouts, drained and chopped
1 envelope Lipton beef mushroom soup mix
2 tubes crescent rolls
Mix hamburger (raw), bean sprouts, and soup mix together
Remove crescent rolls from tube and carefully unroll. Press together at perforations, then roll out on lightly floured surface. Cut into small squares – 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″. Place small amount of hamburger mixture on each square and fold ends up around hamburger. Place folded side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 375* for 12-15 minutes. These freeze well. Reheat right from the freezer and serve warm.
