Hippity, Hoppity! Easter’s on its way!
Springtime brings new enthusiasm for being outdoors, getting productive (think: Spring Cleaning!) and refreshing yourself and your routines. How about a few Spring-y menu additions to make things lively?
Copycat Crumbl Pink Sugar Cookies
This jumbo-sized (or smaller, if you prefer) decadently-frosted sugar cookies have just the right amount of crisp on the outside and chew on the inside. Tint the frosting any color you desire.Complete recipe here.
Flower-themed Vegetable Platter
Anything goes when you get creative with fruits and veggies! Some have a real knack for radish rosettes. I keep it simple with layering larger slices of cucumber under cherry tomatoes. Use a length of celery, thinly-sliced carrot, or green onion for flower stems.
Easter Sugar Cookies
Cut-out cookies are a Christmas tradition, but these springtime shapes are a wonderful representation of renewal and rebirth that Easter brings. Recipe and tips are found here.
Chick Deviled Eggs
All it takes is a little time and creativity to cut your eggs the opposite direction, and you can have cute little chicks popping out of their shells on your dinner table. See this post for complete instructions.
