This layered salad came from my Momma, ages and ages ago. A new post with the recipe is here. But this one stays for posterity.
celery & green pepper
frozen peas or chopped fresh snap peas
onion (purple or green)
crisp bacon pieces
Wash and chop all veggies. Layer in 9×13 pan, casserole dish, or deep bowl. Chill several hours and toss before serving.
